DESCRIPTION:

During the 5-day residential summer camp, participants will receive comprehensive instruction in the fundamentals of technology and business analytics, along with insights into their real-world applications within a business context. Our approach to learning will encompass a well-rounded and practical experience, integrating a variety of social and engaging activities. The program will offer a blend of learning modalities, combining educational and interactive elements. These activities may include:

• Educational Components: The summer camp's daily activities feature hands-on data analytics training, an entrepreneurship workshop, and empowerment sessions aimed at enhancing students' skills and knowledge. Students will have the opportunity to participate in corporate office visits such as Bank of America Headquarters in Charlotte, NC Synchrony Corporate Office in Charlotte, NC 
  
  
• Panel Discussions: To provide valuable insights and inspiration, we host panel discussions featuring recent alumni who will share their college experiences and offer tips on achieving success both in higher education and as they prepare for the challenges of the real world.
  
  
• Social Activities: Students will have the opportunity to enjoy recreational outings, including visits to Sparetime Bowling, a trip to the International Civil Rights Museum, and a semi-formal banquet dinner.

Campers will explore number sense, operations, fractions, measurement, and geometry using puzzles, games, and real-world applications. Future Innovators Wanted! Step into the lab and take your curiosity to the next level in Amazing Science Camp. This session is designed for middle-grade students ready to dive deeper into scientific exploration. Each day focuses on a different area of science—engineering design, physics in motion, chemistry reactions, and environmental science—where campers design, build, and test their own experiments. Students will also explore real-world applications of STEM concepts, use problem-solving skills to complete team challenges, and finish the week by presenting their experiments and reflections in a mini “Science Expo.”

Students will tackle real-world challenges that build algebraic reasoning, proportional thinking, and geometric problem-solving skills. Through group investigations and strategy-based games, campers will strengthen their ability to analyze, explain, and apply mathematical concepts with confidence.

Get ready to dive into the amazing world of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics)! Through hands-on activities and exciting projects, students will tinker, explore cool engineering ideas, build awesome prototypes, and let their creativity run wild—all while having a blast!

Fuel Up at Williams Cafeteria. There is no such thing as a "light lunch" here. Campers will head to the historic Williams Cafeteria for an all-you-can-eat dining experience. Whether they are looking for a balanced meal to keep their energy up or want to dive into student favorites, the cafeteria offers a wide variety of fresh options, including:

• A rotating selection of hot entrees and sides.



• Full salad and deli bars.



• Fresh fruit and desserts.



• Hydration stations with a variety of beverages.

Wear the Blue and Gold:

Every participant will receive a camp T-shirt and drawstring bag! Designed to be a lasting memento of their time on campus, this shirt is perfect for showing off their Aggie Pride.

Note: Please ensure you have listed any specific food allergies or dietary restrictions on your child’s medical form so we can coordinate with the dining staff for a safe and delicious experience.

Refund & Cancellation Policy:

We understand that summer plans can change however, because we must finalize T-shirt orders and dining counts with Williams Cafeteria in advance, we adhere to the following schedule:

• Full refund if you cancel your camp registration on or before May 15, 2026, you'll receive a refund of the fees paid, minus a $50 processing fee. 



• Cancellations made after May 15, 2026, and before May 31, 2026, will receive a 50% refund, minus a $50 processing fee.



• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after May 31, 2026, due to committed university costs, staffing, and materials.

Transfer Options: If your child is unable to attend, you may request to transfer the registration to a sibling or friend at no additional cost.
